About Me

Hi, I'm Katherine or Katt for short! I grew up in Upstate New York and currently live in Northern Columbia County. My husband and I renovated a 1800s farmhouse and live there with our son and two dogs, where we enjoy playing outside, getting dirty in the garden, and discovering new wildlife in our little neck of the woods.

Photography has been a passion of mine for the last 15 years. From landscape and nature photography to portraits and special events, it's something I've always enjoyed and has always been a constant in my life.

Aside from photography, I enjoy many different things, I’m a bit of a “Jill of all trades” but some things that bring me the most joy are: time outside, exploring nature, hikes, and sitting by water with a book. But most days, you'll find me carrying around my camera, even if I’m not at a session, I’m obsessed with capturing every moment even if that moment is of a tiny flower blossom or my son catching his first fish. I just never want to forget the sweet little moments that we often don’t realize just how important they are until it’s too late. So with that, I urge you — book the session, get those memories framed so you’ll have them to look back on forever.
